This section contains useful forms and procedures that we hope will be helpful for the families in our district.

Students transfering from another school should be withdrawn before registering.

For new incoming students Mrs. Prebich in the district office will have all the Necessary paperwork.
Parents should bring proof of residence: Drivers ID is not acceptable.
Complete the necessary forms and sign off on a release of records to allow the school to receive transcripts.
For new Kindergarten students also bring birth certificate.
The school nurse must approve all immunizations prior to any student attending.
